Antenatal & Postnatal Classes

Once thought only for few women, the importance of antenatal exercises is growing day by day. The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology recommend at least 20-30 minutes of moderate intensity exercise on most or all days of the week.
 
Aum Health and Wellness conducts Antenatal and Postnatal Classes. They offer Physiotherapy, Pilates, Yoga and Nutrition Consultation. We will be educating regarding various stages of Labour,false and true pains,epidual injections ;Numerous myths will be discussed. the benefits will include improved energy levels, decreased back pain, less chances of gestational diabetes and hypertension, positive self image .
 
Post natal exercises can begin after 6 weeks of delivery and it will be a combination of Physiotherapy, Pilates, Yoga and Nutrition .It helps your  body to gradually return from th effects of pregnancy in a smooth and efficient way.You will be able to achieve body toning, have flatter tummy, strong arms,legs for childcare and lose weight easily. It helps a woman have a positive body image, improved confidence and stamina to deal with the increased demands post pregnancy.
